Qualifications

• Certified in alcohol safety and guest safety protocols (TIPS, ServSafe, CPR).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and start conversations to create memorable interactions.
• Mix cocktails to recipe standards, prep garnishes, stock and clean the bar.
• Suggest drinks based on guest preferences and upsell specialty beverages.
• Open and manage tabs, process payments, and balance cash receipts.
• Verify guests’ ages and enforce alcohol policies while maintaining a safe bar.
• Support teammates during peak times and adhere to Hilton standards.
