Aparium Hotel Group in Detroit is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our Elevate team. You will craft cocktails, pour wines and beers, and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You should have at least two years of bartender experience, hold TiPS and ServSafe or be able to obtain within 30 days, and demonstrate gracious hospitality. This role supports our onsite restaurant and bar operations and collaborates with F&B colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' bartender experience in a hotel or restaurant.
• Alcohol service certification (TiPS) and ServSafe or equivalent, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer, with guest-focused service.

Responsabilités

• Create memorable guest experiences by delivering timely and friendly service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items and ingredients to assist guests with allergies and preferences.
• Collaborate with F&B team to support seasonal menus and service in all areas.
• Ensure accurate handling of monetary transactions and inventory as part of shift.
• Uphold company principles of People, Place and Character in interactions with guests and colleagues.
