Job summary

Three Notch’d Brewing Company in Columbia, SC is hiring a General Manager to lead front and back of house operations, working with brewery, finance, marketing and events. The GM ensures excellent guest experiences while achieving company objectives.

You will hire, train, develop, and manage staff, oversee cost control, quality, safety, and sanitation, coordinate with Executive Chef and Production Manager, and drive sales and service excellence in a high-volume craft brewery environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality leadership in high-volume restaurants or craft brewery operations.
• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
• Current safe alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol).
• Experience managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a brewery or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front and Back of House operations and staff.
• Drive guest experience, service standards, and menu quality.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, scheduling, and payroll reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Production Manager, and events team to optimize operations.
