Job summary

• Experience in sales or account management is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Pursue new on- and off-premise distribution.
• Call existing key accounts to secure and expand distribution.
• Create timely presentations and introduce new and limited release beers.
• Execute weekly promotions and special events to boost brand awareness and sampling.
• Develop strong relationships with account staff and distributor sales personnel.
• Travel to company sales meetings.
• Participate in market blitzes in other territories and help execute the sales plan.
• Complete timely administrative reporting.
• Maintain sales goals and budgets for the territory.
• Manage promotion budget for on- and off-premise activity.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of distributor warehouses and report to the Territory Sales Manager.
• Maintain strong distributor relationships and conduct ride-alongs.
• Attend monthly Development Days.
• Collaborate with the FW team to develop the brand and achieve the sales plan.
• Act as a business partner to distributors and support promotions.
