Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Concessions Bartender to deliver friendly guest interactions while precisely mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare drinks in a busy bar area.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar stock, wine service, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness. This role requires a strong knowledge of drinks and wines, and the ability to work flexible hours. The pay is $16.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender for at least two years.
• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes.
• Know how to create and execute one of a kind drinks.
• Must be able to create and serve drinks in a timely manner.
• Extensive knowledge of wines.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take beverage orders from guests or restaurant servers.
• Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages per standard.
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive, functional manner.
• Provide information on wine characteristics and make appropriate suggestions.
• Check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
• Handle cash and balance receipts.
• Ensure bar area is stocked and clean; organize storage areas.
• Attend mandatory meetings and comply with health and safety standards.
