Job summary

Pullman Market in San Antonio, TX seeks a full-time bartender to lead daily bar operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will craft cocktails, engage guests, and maintain bar cleanliness while supporting inventory needs and program execution.

Requirements include TABC and Texas Food Handler certificates, plus customer service or hospitality experience. Expect a 40–45 hour week with evening/weekend shifts and bonus retention rewards.

Qualifications

• TABC and Texas Food Handler Certificate required.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or retail preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in daily bar operations and hospitality standards.
• Vocalize potential operational issues to management and Beverage Director.
• Execute bar program as outlined by Bar Director and team.
• Provide daily updates on low and 86’d items to the AGM.
• Assist bi-weekly inventory using Binwise.
• Perform weekly bar prep including syrups and infusions; test batches for consistency.
• Ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Participate in bi-annual performance reviews with supervisors.
