The ONE GROUP is seeking a skilled Bartender in San Antonio to craft cocktails, engage guests, and deliver a premium bar experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

You’ll anticipate guest needs, maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, and work with the front-of-house to ensure timely service while upholding health and safety standards. Growth opportunities and competitive tips available.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and craft beers.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift bar equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails and beverages to high standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
• Engage with guests, providing menu recommendations and an interactive experience.
• Process drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar before, during, and after shifts.
• Assist with food running and bussing when needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
