Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in San Antonio is seeking a bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver high-energy service. You’ll know the menu inside and out, suggest pairings, and ensure safe, compliant service while creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, handling payments, and supporting a lively, welcoming bar environment. Must be 21+, with alcohol certification and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of bartending experience.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging with Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing extensive beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest needs.
• Creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures and policies.
• Processing payment transactions and welcoming Guests back.
• Maintaining a stocked, clean and safe bar; completing side duties.
