Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure staff adherence to policies.

• Manage inventory, ordering, stocking, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with TABC, EcoSure, and local health regulations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle complaints professionally.
• Develop relationships with regular patrons and vendors.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients.
• Monitor sales and contribute to promotional strategies.
• Prepare and maintain knowledge of beverage menu and ingredients.
