Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming bar experience from guest arrival.
• Mix beer, wine, and cocktails per Firebirds standards.
• Recommend menu items and pairings with confidence.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver friendly hospitality.
• Handle orders and payments accurately at the POS.
• Keep bar and Firebar area clean and guest-ready.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with team.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service and safety.
