Ideal candidates have 2+ years in food and beverage service, strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beers, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• 2+ years of food & beverage service experience.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
• Take beverage orders and process payments using POS.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Suggest menu items and answer questions about beverages.
• Maintain attractive bottles and glassware for efficient service.
• Balance cash at the start and end of each shift.
