The Bartender will craft traditional and innovative cocktails, greet guests, and ensure compliance with liquor laws while delivering exceptional service. The role requires 2+ years in a high-volume setting, 18+ age, TABC and Food Handlers certifications, and professional grooming.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment begins.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• POS and credit/debit card processing experience.
• Punctual and reliable attendance required.
• 2+ years in a high-volume establishment.
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed per uniform standards.
• Attention to detail and passion for serving guests.
• Positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Physical: stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Prepare and present drinks adhering to standard recipes.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions.
• Restock bar inventory and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; check IDs.
• Serve food orders at the bar and engage with regular guests.
