Responsibilities

• Develop CRA prospects and referral contacts (realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts).
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third Mortgage Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, underwriting and guidelines.
• Conduct homebuyer-training seminars for CRA potential applicants.
• Handle employee loans and participate in company activities to promote employee loans.
• Escalate exceptions as per protocol.
• Take applicant applications using Fannie Mae form 1003 and use laptop for communication and daily rates.
