Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines.
• Knowledge of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS required.

Responsibilities

• Develop CRA prospects and referral contacts (realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts).
• Manage loan pipeline from application to closing.
• Take applicant applications using Fannie Mae form 1003.
• Provide timely updates to applicants and referral sources.
• Attend Consumer Lending meetings as required.
• Escalate exceptions per defined protocol.
