Responsibilities

• Develop CRA prospects and referral contacts (realtors, builders, etc.).
• Manage the loan pipeline from application to closing and complete required reports.
• Communicate with applicants and referral sources with timely updates and progress reports.
• Attend Consumer Lending meetings and follow escalation protocols for exceptions.
