Job summary

Toyota’s CQS Performance and Operations team is seeking a Performance Manager to lead a DX team that visualizes CQS data using Power BI, Alteryx, and Python. You’ll drive kaizen, campaign parts prep, and planning operations, including Hoshin development and cross‑functional coordination in NAQ.

You will define product vision for Quality1 software, prioritize backlog, and ensure stakeholder needs are met while advancing EDER KPI achievement and process efficiency through data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
• Experience as a supervisor with team development.
• Experience using statistical analysis.
• Proven project management experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PowerBI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a Product Engineering team, ensuring QA, issue management, workload distribution, and KPI alignment.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Digital Transformation (DX) program; train teams on Power BI and data analytics tools.
• Define and communicate the future CQS vision; translate needs into business priorities and guide development teams.
• Oversee product backlog, requirements/design approvals, and ensure business needs are met; build visualizations to speed decision making.
• Lead NAQ campaigns operations, recurrence prevention, and KAIZEN programs; support planning and budgeting activities.
