Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a CQS P&O Performance Manager to lead a DX team that visualizes CQS performance using Power BI, Alteryx, Python and related tools. You will drive continuous improvement (kaizen), manage campaign parts preparation, and coordinate planning operations across CQS.

The role defines a clear product vision for ongoing Quality1 software development, translates stakeholder needs into priorities, and guides development teams toward valuable user outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising and developing team members.
• Experience using statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a DX program to transform data visualization and analytics for CQS performance.
• Define and deliver product vision for Quality1 software development and coordinate DX teams.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, requirements, and design approvals to meet business needs.
• Oversee Campaign Parts Preparation function and improve lead times.
• Support RP and KK programs and drive Kaizen improvements.
• Lead NAQ planning operations, including budgeting and joint venture projects.
