Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Supervisor, including supervising and developing team members.
• Experience using statistical analysis.
• Project management experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily operations of a team of Product Engineers with quality assurance and issue management.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Digital Transformation (DX) program; train teams on tools and data analytics.
• Define and communicate the product vision for Quality1 software development; align stakeholders and manage the backlog.
