Job summary

Toyota Motor North America Headquarters in Plano, TX, is seeking a CQS P&O Performance Manager to lead a DX team using Power BI, Alteryx, and Python to visualize CQS performance and drive EDER KPI achievement through data‑driven kaizen. You will define the product vision for ongoing Quality1 software development and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising and developing team members.
• Experience using statistical analysis.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a team of Product Engineers, managing QA, issues, workload, and KPI alignment.
• Develop and improve the Digital Transformation program; train team on Power BI, Alteryx, and data analytics.
• Define future CQS vision and drive EDER KPI achievement with stakeholders.
• Confirm KPIs and initiatives drive improvement in CQS processes.
• Lead product vision for Quality1 software; coordinate with Quality leadership and DX teams.
• Manage product backlog, requirements, design approvals, and verify business needs.
• Oversee Campaign parts preparation implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline readiness and reduce ER lead time.
• Support Recurrence Prevention program development and visualization.
• Lead NAQ KK program administration involving senior executives.
