Job summary

JD Power is seeking a senior Project Manager within the Transformation Office to execute and optimize analytics initiatives across a broad set of teams including data science, AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and software professionals.

You’ll lead program planning, track KPIs, and drive adoption of product planning practices, partnering with Analytics leaders to improve performance and assess AI implications on delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• Experience bridging business objectives with technical execution.
• Experience in technology-centric environments (software IT or data).
• North American based, with availability to work across a distributed global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly program increment planning and retrospective workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Track metrics such as completion rates and program predictability to drive transparency.
• Coordinate end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams and methodologies.
• Maintain and own the committed project plan and schedule with transparency and rigor.
• Drive adoption of product planning practices across the organization.
• Apply a hybrid toolkit of technical project management, agile delivery, and business analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI teams to align objectives and progress.
