Job summary

Progress Industries is seeking a detail-oriented CQI/Therap Specialist to maintain and improve the quality of services for individuals with disabilities. The role involves conducting QA reviews, audits, data collection, and collaboration with program managers to implement improvements.

You will analyze trends, prepare leadership reports, support Therap documentation, and help ensure safety and compliance across the agency.

Qualifications

Experience in quality assurance or quality improvement is preferred.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze data accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Experience with audits and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality assurance reviews, audits, and evaluations to monitor service quality.
Monitor compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
Identify improvement areas and provide recommendations to strengthen practices.
Collaborate with program managers and leadership to address quality concerns.
Monitor corrective action plans and assess effectiveness.
Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance activities.
Prepare quality improvement reports for leadership.
Maintain records of quality reviews, findings, and actions.
Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
Gather and organize data from departments to support quality initiatives.
Analyze data against KPIs and organizational benchmarks.
Prepare summaries and reports for leadership.
Assist with Therap documentation support and related activities.
