Job summary

Elevate is seeking a senior, values-driven CQC Registered Manager (Joint Registration) to shape, register and lead our Supported Living services from the ground up. This role requires a strong regulatory track record and experience managing services for young people 16–18 and adults under CQC rules.

You will drive compliance, governance and Safe, effective person-centred support across multi-site settings, with a focus on safeguarding, transition into adulthood, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current or previous CQC Registered Manager status.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager.
• Strong inspection and compliance history.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supported Living.
• Experience delivering or overseeing regulated personal care.

Responsibilities

• Hold joint legal responsibility for CQC registration and regulated activities.
• Lead on compliance, inspection readiness, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and embed governance systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with CQC regulations and KLOEs.
• Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and reflective practice.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and development to staff teams.
• Maintain safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Ensure services are inclusive, safe, and appropriate for 16–65.
• Oversee person-centred planning and meaningful outcomes.
