Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead residential and supportive living services for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care, compliance and staff performance.

This full-time role requires approximately 2 years in a similar role with CQC registration, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to travel between service locations. Salary starts at £50,000 plus benefits.

Competenze

• 2 years experience as Registered Care Manager with CQC registration.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, dual diagnosis and complex needs.
• Good computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Full UK driving licence, ability to travel between service locations.

• Manage delivery of high-quality care and support across services.
• Lead and support staff teams, including supervision, appraisals, training and development.
• Ensure residents have effective, person-centred support plans, risk assessments and reviews.
• Monitor residents' progress and adapt support to changing needs.
• Promote independence and help residents develop life skills and tenancy responsibilities.
• Manage referrals, assessments, risk management and service reviews.
• Monitor service quality through audits, reviews and corrective actions.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development.
• Manage rotas, annual leave, staff meetings and workforce needs.
• Manage resources and operate within financial controls.
