Juice Recruitment is supporting a respected complex care provider in Gloucestershire and Bristol to appoint an Interim Registered Manager. The role offers flexible, part-time working across multiple sites with autonomy to drive service quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include leadership of supported living services, ensuring CQC standards, safeguarding, risk management, and collaboration with families, commissioners and health professionals.

Competenze

• Proven leadership experience in adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and CQC.
• Experience managing multi-site supported living services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Provide leadership and operational oversight across supported living services.
• Ensure services remain compliant with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Support, mentor and develop care teams to achieve outstanding outcomes for service users.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practice.
• Manage safeguarding concerns, incidents and risk management processes effectively.
• Monitor service performance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
