Job summary

the company is a remote-first organization seeking an Executive Communications Director to partner with the CPTO, shaping and driving messaging that elevates the CPTO’s voice across internal and external audiences. You'll support R&D storytelling and selectively assist leadership in sharing the company’s innovation journey.

You will lead executive-level content creation, manage external communications, and collaborate across R&D, Product Marketing, and Corporate Communications to ensure clarity,

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in communications, including a minimum 3 years in a dedicated executive communications role.
• 5+ years in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Iterate and execute an annual executive communications strategy and plan.
• Handle CPTO communications content including keynotes, internal presentations, blogs, press and social media.
• Collaborate with PMM and CorpComms to tell the company’s innovation story from R&D leaders.
• Propose thought leadership opportunities to elevate visibility of R&D leadership.
• Develop content for quarterly All Hands and other internal meetings.
• Drive change-management communications within the R&D function.
• Create content for R&D communications and events reflecting the Builder culture.
• Build relationships with Management Team, R&D Leadership and Corporate Communications to inform CPTO communications strategy.
