Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience working in a behavioral health or human service setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screenings and assessments during treatment planning.
• Help clients identify strategies for social integration and daily living.
• Provide supportive counseling and solution-focused interventions to improve interpersonal skills.
• Support clients and families in developing goals and utilizing resources.
• Assist in developing coping strategies to address targeted symptoms.
• Prepare treatment plans and coordinate with other providers.
