Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• One-year full-time social services, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, general office, or FPS experience.
• Thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Assist agency staff and supervisors in CPI cases, including transportation and documentation.
• Supervise visits between parents and children and perform clerical tasks.
• Interact with DFPS staff, partner organizations, and the public on a regular basis.
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments as requested by caseworkers/supervisor.
• Maintain scheduling calendars and prepare required forms and data entry.
