Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social or protective services or a related field.
• Experience in social services or protective services is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Responds to reports of child abuse or neglect and conducts investigations.
• Interviews families, caregivers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Gathers information, documents findings, and assesses risk to children.
• Coordinates with schools, medical professionals, law enforcement, and courts.
• Works in a mobile, field-based environment with substantial travel.
