Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Midvale, UT is seeking a Sales Representative to be the face of the company, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences for electronics repair services and accessories.

You will assess customer device needs, resolve issues, and stay current on new technology while engaging with customers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn repair workflows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalents.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications).

AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $15-$17/HR
