Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Provo, UT is seeking a Sales Representative to be the face of our store, delivering outstanding customer experience and driving sales for our wide range of electronic devices. You will engage customers, assess device needs, and learn repair services while representing a team that values growth and a positive attitude.

We offer a base pay with bonuses totaling about $15–$17 per hour, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, health benefits, PTO, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications).
