Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Technician to diagnose and repair devices, from smartphones to tablets and laptops, while delivering friendly, hands-on service.

You will engage customers, assess needs, perform repairs, and stay current with new technology, contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)

AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $16-$18/HR
