Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Provo, Utah, is hiring a Cell Phone Repair Sales Representative to be the face of our store and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role includes base pay plus bonuses, with an all‑in rate of $15–$17 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.

As a CPR Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experience. We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people as you are the first line of contact for our customers every day. Responsibilities
