Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Kenner, LA is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Technician. You will diagnose and repair cell phones, tablets, and other electronics, delivering friendly service to customers. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, learning electronic repairs, and staying updated on new devices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Face-to-face customer service experience
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience is a big plus
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)

AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $15-$17/HR
