Job summary

Amtel Repair in Utah (South Jordan) is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Sales Representative to be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Compensation is all-in pay with a base and bonuses, targeting $15-$17 per hour.

The role requires handling inquiries, assisting customers with device needs, and maintaining knowledge of mobile devices and accessories. Flexible hours, health benefits, and retirement options are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories and device care.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Wireless device repair certifications are a plus (Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE).

Responsibilities

As a CPR Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experience. We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people as you are the first line of contact for our customers every day. Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.

• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Sales experience is a big plus
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
