Job summary

DataBank Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Senior CPQ Manager for end-to-end ownership of the DealHub CPQ platform. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director of PMO and requires 5+ years of hands-on CPQ experience with platform governance and cross-functional collaboration.

You will configure catalogs, pricing, and workflows, act as primary CPQ SME, and drive continuous improvement across Quote-to-Cash, CRM, and ERP integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CPQ experience across implementation, configuration, and ongoing platform management.
• At least 12 months of post-go-live CPQ ownership with backlog management and pricing changes.
• Proven expertise configuring product catalogs, bundles, option constraints, and guided selling flows.
• DealHub experience is a plus but not required; strong post-go-live ownership depth is essential.
• Deep experience with full Quote-to-Cash process from opportunity to revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own CPQ configuration from implementation through go-live and beyond.
• Manage product catalogs, pricing rules, bundles, and quote templates; implement complex pricing logic.
• Design guided selling playbooks and triage enhancement backlog based on business impact.
• Govern catalog standards, naming conventions, and retirement processes.
• Be DataBank’s primary CPQ SME; track bugs, feature requests, and vendor issues.
• Lead rollout of new DealHub capabilities and drive user training and adoption.
• Maintain CPQ documentation and health metrics; provide clear reporting on performance.
