Adams and Associates, Inc. Glenmont Job Corps Center seeks a Counseling & Career Preparation Program (CPP) Manager Lead to oversee counseling, case management, and career preparation programming for students.

You will supervise a dedicated team, collaborate with departments and partners, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment that supports students’ personal and career goals within Job Corps standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Counseling & Career Preparation team. Oversee student counseling, case management, and program outcomes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff while promoting a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with internal departments and community partners to support student success.
• Monitor program performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance with Job Corps and Department of Labor standards.
• Create an inclusive environment where students are supported, engaged, and empowered to achieve their personal and career goals.
• Supervises and manages the Counseling & Career Preparation Programs and staff.
