Responsibilities

• Build relationships with students and create supportive mentoring relationships.
• Identify educational, career, and personal goals and develop plans.
• Help students overcome challenges affecting education or employment goals.
• Track student progress and manage a caseload.
• Maintain notes and progress updates for individualized plans.
• Coordinate with Center departments to connect students with resources.
• Provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement to help completion.
• Assist with student transportation for approved appointments.
• Support leadership by acting as Counseling/CPP Manager when needed.
• Foster a welcoming, respectful environment for students.
