Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Career Counseling Manager to lead the Introduction to Career Preparation Program and oversee student counseling services and case management, ensuring progress, retention, and completion of the Job Corps program.

This leadership role combines counseling expertise with people-management: building a strong team, coaching staff, ensuring confidentiality, and collaborating with Center leadership to drive student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school, with at least 15 semester hours in Social Services.
• At least two years of experience in counseling or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee the Introduction to Career Preparation program and student counseling services and case management to ensure progress, retention, and completion of the Job Corps program.
• Supervise and develop the Counseling and Career Preparation Program staff; interview and hire, evaluate performance, coach, and address issues.
• Ensure student success by maintaining confidential handling of data and promoting a positive center culture.
• Collaborate with Center leadership and other departments to meet performance goals and maintain program quality.
