Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Social Services focus required.
• Minimum of one year counseling or related field experience.
• Job Corps or related program experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurability requirements must be met.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with students and create supportive mentoring relationships.
• Help students create educational, career, and personal plans.
• Provide personal and career counseling to address challenges affecting goals.
• Track student progress across academics, training, and residential life.
• Maintain confidential student records and document progress.
• Coordinate with departments to connect students with resources.
• Support student retention and completion by guiding progress.
