Glenmont Job Corps Center is seeking a motivated and supportive Career Preparation Program (CPP) Instructor to help newly enrolled students successfully begin their Job Corps journey.
CPP is one of the first stages of a student's experience at Job Corps. You'll help students adjust to Center life, understand expectations, identify career goals, develop workplace skills, and prepare to transition into their chosen career training program.
Think of this role as part instructor, part career coach, part mentor, and part student success guide.
Simply put:
Your involvement may begin before a student even arrives on Center.
You're helping turn a student's first days at Job Corps into the beginning of a plan for their future.
At Glenmont Job Corps, you'll be part of a team helping young adults build the education, career skills, confidence, and independence they need for their next chapter.
And as a CPP Instructor, you'll be one of the first people helping them figure out what that chapter could look like.
If you're an instructor, mentor, coach, youth-development professional, or someone who loves helping young adults recognize their potential and create a plan for their future, we want to hear from you.
Your classroom could be where a student begins believing their future is possible.
