Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to create and update CPM schedules across project phases, from concept to close-out. You will produce reports, assist with field questions, and help with changes, RFIs, and submittals. Strong communication and a four-year construction degree are required.

Expect to collaborate with project teams, coordinate BIM efforts, and contribute to on-time project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CPM scheduling experience in construction.
• Excellent communication and supervisory abilities are essential.
• Four year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining CPM schedule for projects.
• Produce reports from CPM schedule for project teams.
• Respond to drawings, submittals, change orders, and RFIs as needed.
• Support budget forecasting and cost control efforts.
• Oversee scheduling integration with field operations and BIM coordination.
• Lead weekly schedule reviews and update cycles.
