Job summary

Sundt is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to deliver CPM schedules across project lifecycles, from concept to close-out, and to provide reporting and field engineering support. The role requires collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and designers to ensure timely, accurate schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining as-built schedules, integrating design changes, and producing weekly quantity logs while coordinating with subs and the project superintendent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CPM scheduling experience in construction.
• Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills.
• Four year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, scheduling systems, negotiations and cost control schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for projects from concept to close-out.
• Produce and deliver CPM reports to the project team.
• Support field engineering with drawings, submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Incorporate design conflicts into the CPM schedule and manage means/methods, resources.
• Coordinate BIM coordination between subcontractors and designers when required.
• Prepare final as-built CPM schedule at project completion.
