Job summary

Sundt Gmbh is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to provide technical assistance in creating and updating CPM schedules across project phases, from concept through close-out. You will deliver CPM reports to the project team and support field engineering activities such as drawings, submittals, change orders and RFIs.

You will help maintain as-built drawings, contribute to budget forecasting, and coordinate BIM efforts with subcontractors and designers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CPM scheduling experience in construction.
• Strong communication, organizational and supervisory skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction mgmt or engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules from concept to close-out.
• Produce reports from CPM schedule for project team.
• Assist with submittals, change orders, RFIs, and budget forecasting.
• Coordinate BIM coordination between subcontractors and designers.
• Conduct weekly CPM schedule reviews with the project team.
• Oversee weekly updates to the CPM schedule.
