Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to provide CPM scheduling expertise across project lifecycles. You will be Sundt’s in-house scheduling expert, coordinating with the project superintendent and delivering CPM reports to the team.

The role requires 3-5 years CPM scheduling experience, strong communication, and a background in heavy industrial or power construction. Arizona-based opportunity with growth and ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling and field operations experience in similar construction, including power and heavy industrial projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate scheduling activities with project teams.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods, scheduling systems, negotiations and cost control schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of claims by analyzing CPM schedule performance.
• Incorporate design conflicts and clarifications into the CPM schedule with project superintendents.
• Manage CPM schedule for successful project execution, coordinating means, methods, manpower and resources.
• Conduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Create baseline schedules based on project information from the superintendent.
• Develop proposal phase CPM schedules from estimating data and historical database.
• Produce final as-built CPM schedule at project completion.
• Provide monthly CPM status reports to general manager.
• Update and maintain the historical CPM schedule database.
• Revise CPM schedules weekly based on superintendent reports.
