Sundt Construction is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to be on-site and lead CPM scheduling across all project phases. You will coordinate with the project superintendent and deliver schedule reports and updates, guiding the team from concept through close-out.

A minimum of five years in CPM scheduling within similarConstruction environments is required. You will oversee baseline development, proposal schedules, and as-built deliverables, while maintaining a robust scheduling database and

Qualifications

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
• Four-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Thorough knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control schedules, and related engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of claims by analyzing project CPM schedule performance.
• Incorporate design conflicts and clarifications into the CPM schedule with the project superintendent.
• Manage the CPM schedule for the successful execution of the work, coordinating methods, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Conduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Create the baseline schedule based on project data provided by the project superintendent.
• Develop proposal phase CPM schedules from information provided by estimating team.
• Produce a final as-built CPM schedule at project completion.
• Provide monthly reports to the general manager on CPM schedule status.
• Regularly update and maintain the historical CPM schedule database.
• Revise each project CPM schedule weekly from superintendent reports.
