Job summary

Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our 100% employee-owned team. As the in-house scheduling expert, you will develop and maintain CPM schedules across all project phases, coordinating with the project superintendent and providing regular reports to the general manager.

The role requires 3–5 years of CPM scheduling experience in similar construction, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
• Four-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Thorough knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control schedules and related practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of claims by providing analysis of project CPM schedule performance.
• Assist the Project Superintendent with incorporating design conflicts into the CPM schedule.
• Manage the CPM schedule for successful execution of the work, coordinating means, methods, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Conduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Create the baseline schedule based on project logic and sequencing information.
• Develop proposal phase CPM schedules from estimating data and historical database.
• Produce a final as-built CPM schedule at project completion.
• Provide monthly reports to the general manager indicating CPM status for each project.
• Regularly update and maintain the historical CPM schedule database.
• Revise each project CPM schedule weekly from superintendent reports.
