Job summary

Sundt Construction seeks a Project Scheduler to create and update CPM schedules across all project phases, from concept to close-out. You will coordinate CPM tasks with the project superintendent and generate reports for the team.

The role may supervise Scheduler assistants and requires 3–5 years of CPM scheduling experience in similar construction. The Project Scheduler I position emphasizes accurate scheduling, coordination with field teams, and producing timely project status updates to

Qualifications

• Five years or more of CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
• Four-year construction management or engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of claims by analyzing CPM schedule performance.
• Assist Project Superintendent with incorporating design conflicts into CPM schedule.
• Assist in managing CPM schedule for successful execution, coordinating means/methods, resources and materials.
• Conduct CPM schedule review meetings at proposal, baseline and update phases.
• Create baseline schedule based on logic and sequencing from Superintendent.
