Jazwares, headquartered in Plantation, FL, seeks a CPI Analyst to support process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to map current and future processes, analyze data, and develop KPI trackers and SOPs.
Collaboration with BI and IT will promote automated reporting and sustained gains. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and 2–4 years of process improvement experience, with Lean Six Sigma certification or progress.
The Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst supports the CPI Senior Manager in identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role applies Lean Six Sigma tools, data analysis, and process mapping to support projects that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance. The Analyst works cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, IT/Data and Business Intelligence (BI) to support process improvement project execution.
