Celerity Group is seeking a highly motivated Paid Retail Media Manager to support our retail media strategy. The ideal candidate will coordinate and execute campaigns, manage relationships with media partners, analyze performance, and generate weekly and monthly reports.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our client’s retail marketing efforts.

Formación

• Must have 2+ years working for a CPG brand and/or retail media agency.
• Must have 3+ years of experience with Instacart Ads, Criteo, Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Kroger Ad Platform, Roundel, Citrus Ads, Ahold Edge and Chewy.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (retail media networks, google sheets, monday.com).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute retail media campaigns across platforms (Instacart Ads, Criteo, Walmart Connect, Amazon Ads, Kroger Ad Platform, Roundel, Citrus Ads, Ahold Edge, Chewy).
• Research and test keywords, bidding strategies, and ad copy to drive traffic and sales velocity.
• Manage relationships with media clients and vendors for effective collaboration and campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide insights and optimization recommendations.
• Assist in developing retail media plans and budgets.
• Maintain records of media placements, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail media and advertising.
