Power Digital Marketing is seeking a CPG Paid Advertising Specialist, Client Experience, to support and own the execution of paid campaigns for a diverse book of business. This remote role in the United States emphasizes data-driven decision making, rigorous QA, and proactive optimization to deliver measurable growth for leading brands.

You will collaborate with lead Strategists, manage timelines and budgets, and present performance insights with clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in digital marketing; agency experience preferred.
• 1+ years in direct response marketing for e-commerce; lead gen a plus.
• 1+ years managing paid ads on Meta/Google; other platforms a plus.
• Strong Excel and data-analytics skills; client-facing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup and QA.
• Own end-to-end strategy and optimization for core clients.
• Prepare performance reports and data-backed insights for clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses; manage budgets and pacing.
• Collaborate with Strategists and maintain a client-first mindset.
• Leverage Nova ecosystem to inform strategy, execution, and reporting.
